Program
Boundary and Perimeter Treatments
We apply a long lasting residual insecticide to the
exterior of your home including slab base, weep holes, and
eaves. As you will read later we have a mechanical exclusion
service for homes with weep holes. We also can apply a long
lasting residual insecticide to your yard to help with fire
ant management. Protecting your family and pets is our #1
goal. The long lasting insecticides we use for boundary
treatments are used in playgrounds.
Exterior Perimeter Treatments
A premium residual insecticide is applied concentrating
on the entry points for insects into your home.
Interior Treatments
Interior areas are inspected and treated specifically
for the pests present in your home. A combination of
residual insecticides, baits and traps may be used based on
your concerns and particular pests.
Roaches and Other Insects
After inspecting and analyzing your situation, we will
advise you on household routines that will minimize insect
infestation. In addition, our specialists offer chemical
treatments that will include any or all of the following:

Crack and Crevice Pesticide Placement: Chemical
materials are placed carefully only in areas where the
insects live and breed. We will also treat dark,
enclosed areas within walls and under cabinets. In both
cases there is be minimal exposure to children, food, or
pets.

Exterior Protection: A continuous chemical barrier is
created around the exterior of the building to keep
pests from entering.

Direct Contact: Chemicals are directly applied to the
pests.

Insect Growth Regulators: These chemicals duplicate the
insect's natural hormones to disrupt their natural
growth and development.
Rodent Control
Our rodent control program has four important steps:

thorough inspection to identify the species, where
they’re nesting, and what factors are attracting them.

Creating effective sanitation so that rodents are denied
both food and hiding places.

Eliminating all potential entry points.

Reducing the population by applying poison, bait, and
traps.
Warranty
First time customers are given a 30 day warranty against
live insects inside your home. Quarterly customers are given
a 90 day warranty. Fleas/ticks, structural ants, wood
destroying pests, german cockroaches and flying insects are
not covered in our regular program and may require an
additional service.
